Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, we offer exchanges or refunds for all items within 30 days of receipt.

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  1. Defective, incorrect, or damaged items may be returned within 30 days of receipt. We will cover the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Please contact us via our Contact Us page to initiate the return process.
  2. Items that you are not satisfied with (due to reasons such as not meeting expectations, arriving late, or incorrect sizing) may be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original packaging and in sellable condition. We will issue a refund for the merchandise cost only. Shipping costs for these returns will not be reimbursed.
  3. Personalized or customized items may not be returned unless there was an error on our part.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed promptly upon receipt of the returned item. You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of returning the package. This timeframe includes transit time for the return shipment (3 to 7 business days), processing time upon receipt of the return (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes for your bank to process the refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Customers will be notified of their refund status via email.
